
For over 20 years as a founder, senior executive, and consultant, Jean-Marc has successfully led a diverse group companies to take their ideas from paper, to fully operating companies. From technical operations and financial governance, to marketing campaigns and creative initiatives, Jean-Marc has extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing a broad array of business initiatives.
In 2005, Jean-Marc co-founded and served as COO and board member at venture-backed Life-Exchange, Inc., the first publically traded business-to-business online exchange for the sale of life settlement policies. As a consultant, Jean-Marc has worked with a diverse group of early-stage ventures and Fortune 500 companies, including Deloitte & Touche, American Express, American Lawyer Media, McGraw Hill, Wasserstein Perella & Co., and Viacom. Jean-Marc is a founder and current Board Member for The Sam and Adele Golden Foundation for the Arts, Inc., an internationally recognized 503C organization founded for the charitable purpose of fostering innovative artistic expression. He holds a Bachelors of Science in business from Cornell University.
